Selling monthly subscriptions can be really hard. But what if you try selling annual plans at a deep discount rate with limited slots?
So here's how it would work:

Offer a one-time percentage cut (20–40%) on annual subscriptions, backed by a hard deadline and timer.
- Push the promo on email lists, social media and affiliates really hard.
You basically lock-in 12 months' revenue at one go.
The trade-off is, you reduce the churn you might have got with a monthly subscription.
